Trenbolone Acetate is one of the most powerful anabolic steroids. The drug is notable for its affordable cost and high quality. During the course, it allows the athlete to significantly accelerate the growth of muscle mass and increase strength indicators. Now it allows you to get the desired results not only for experienced athletes, but also for beginners.
It does not possess such properties as aromatization and is not converted to estrogens. This eliminates water retention in tissues and gynecomastia.
- The drug has a very high anabolic activity.
- Aromatization (conversion to estrogen): absent. Hmm, maybe that’s why he gained such significant popularity, because he is not able to aromatize into estrogens under the influence of aromatization. Those. by this I mean that there are no side effects such as gynecomastia, fluid accumulation.
- Toxic effect on the kidneys: absent
- Hepatoxicity (liver toxicity): Not proven in moderate doses.
- Directions for use: injection
- Action of the drug: depends on the ether (acetate: 1 – 2 days, enanthate – 8 days, parabolan – 10 days).
- Recommended dosages: depending on the ester (acetate 50 mg if daily, 100 mg if every other day; enanthate and parabolan 300 mg per week).
- Drug detection time: up to 5 months.
Trenabol promotes the burning of body fat and helps to build lean and quality muscle mass. Athletes using the drug pay attention to well-developed muscle relief and venous delineation.
Professional bodybuilders use this drug to prepare for competitions and competitions.
Application and dosage of Trenbolone
Trenbolone Acetate is recommended to be taken in a minimum amount (50 mg per day). The duration of the course is 5-6 weeks. Longer cycles require additional introduction of gonadotropin into the body: the drug has a depressing effect on the production of natural sex hormones.
Post-course therapy after the end of the main cycle is also required. Clomid or testosterone boosters are used. The duration of PCT is 3-4 weeks.
It is advisable to use the drug in conjunction with a special high-calorie sports nutrition.

Combination with other steroids
For mass gain, Trenbolone Acetate 100mg is best used as a solo course. Some athletes combine Trenabol 100 with Nandrolone. To dry and form relief muscles, the drug is combined with Anavar or Winstrol.
Trenbolone acetate was never approved for use in humans and therefore guidelines for human consumption do not exist. However, athletes and bodybuilders have been using trenbolone acetate as a physique- and performance-enhancing drug for decades. There are a large number of benefits as a bodybuilder through using trenbolone acetate as an AAS. Unlike testosterone, trenbolone acetate does not cause any fluid retention while gaining muscle mass. This allows bodybuilders to appear leaner, and this is why it is more commonly used whilst preparing for competitive events. Trenbolone acetate does not convert into an estrogenic metabolite, and this results in a lack of estrogenic side effects. Trenbolone enanthate is also a very commonly used AAS and lasts much longer than trenbolone acetate with intramuscular injection.
Trenbolone acetate was never approved for use in humans and hence has no medical uses. However, as an AAS, it would be expected to be effective for indications in which other AAS are useful such as the treatment of conditions like androgen deficiency, wasting syndromes and muscle atrophy, and certain types of anemia.
Trenbolone actually was produced for human use as a human grade product, but only once. The product came in 1.5ml ampoules consisting of 76.2mg of Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcaronate and made by Negma Pharmaceuticals of France.
Effects of Trenbolone Acetate:
Trenbolone Acetate can cause increased blood pressure, insomnia, decreased libido.
Trenbolone Acetate is a popular and effective drug among experienced athletes, which, when used correctly, gives good results.
Trenbolone acetate, sold under brand names such as Finajet and Finaplix among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication which is used in veterinary medicine, specifically to increase the profitability of livestock by promoting muscle growth in cattle. It is given by injection into muscle.
Side effects of trenbolone acetate include symptoms of masculinization like acne, increased body hair growth, scalp hair loss, voice changes, and increased sexual desire. The drug is a synthetic androgen and anabolic steroid and hence is an agonist of the androgen receptor (AR), the biological target of androgens like testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It has strong anabolic effects and highly androgenic effects, as well as potent progestogenic effects, and weak glucocorticoid effects. Trenbolone acetate is an androgen ester and a long-lasting prodrug of trenbolone in the body.
Trenbolone acetate was discovered in 1963 and was introduced for veterinary use in the early 1970s. In addition to its veterinary use, trenbolone acetate is used to improve physique and performance, and is purchased from black market suppliers. The drug is a controlled substance in many countries and so non-veterinary use is generally illicit.
Trenbolone acetate, like any other AAS, has many side effects. The strong androgenic nature of trenbolone acetate facilitates its tendency to produce virilization and this is why it is not recommended for women for physique- or performance-enhancing purposes. The side effects of trenbolone acetate are similar to other AAS; however, the negative side effects that are specifically facilitated by trenbolone acetate are as follows.
Trenbolone acetate has androgenic activity. Specific to the androgenic properties of trenbolone, common side effects of the AAS use include oily skin, acne, seborrhea, increased facial/body hair growth, and accelerated scalp hair loss. These side effects strongly rely on an individual’s genetics and may not always occur in every individual. Men susceptible to hair loss related illnesses, such as baldness have a higher chance of becoming permanently bald with the use of trenbolone acetate. In women, voice deepening, hirsutism, clitoral enlargement, and virilization in general may occur.
Trenbolone acetate contributes greatly to muscle mass and feed efficiency; however, administration of the AAS suppresses natural testosterone production; i.e., it has the potential to cause hypogonadism. This is a common effect of all AAS; the only difference is the variation in how much they suppress in comparison to others.
Administration of any AAS can lead to cardiovascular issues. Trenbolone acetate can have a negative and strong impact on cholesterol through suppressing both high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (“good” cholesterol) and increasing low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (“bad” cholesterol). When compared to oral AAS, trenbolone acetate has a stronger negative effect on cholesterol levels. This negative effect is much more severe with the use of injectable AAS, particularly trenbolone acetate.
The exact mechanisms underlying the cause of the tren cough is not known. However, trenbolone acetate’s androgenic effect activates a variety of lipid-like active compounds which are called prostaglandins. Many of these prostaglandins are inflammatory and vasoconstrictive. Prostaglandins are signalled through two varying pathways cyclooxygenase (COX) (Also known as: prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase) and lipoxygenases (LOX) (also known as: EC 18.104.22.168, EC 22.214.171.124, etc.). Vasoconstriction of the muscular wall of the bronchus in the lungs is what triggers this cough reaction. Trenbolone increases an inflammatory mediator peptide called bradykinin which facilitates the dilation of blood vessels. The bradykinin peptide is well known to promote a cough reaction associated with ACE inhibitor medications prescribed for hypertension.
Estrogenic and progestogenic
No form of trenbolone, including trenbolone acetate, is estrogenic. Excess fluid retention is not possible with the administration of this AAS as a result of its not being estrogenic as opposed to testosterone. However, due to trenbolone’s potent progestogenic activity, gynecomastia, which is characterized by development and swelling of breast tissue, may still be possible. Stimulation of estrogenic mechanisms are enforced by progestogenic activity as trenbolone acetate and its compounds bind with high affinity to the progesterone receptor. It has been assumed that gynecomastia as a result of trenbolone use is due to a buildup of the hormone prolactin; however, a variety of studies conclude that it is the progestogenic activity of trenbolone promoting this and not prolactin. Trenbolone also has a negative impact on blood pressure, but it does not appear to negatively affect most healthy adult men in this way.
Side Effects of Trenbolone Acetate:
There are certainly some possible side effects to Trenbolone Acetate use, but possible is an important word to note. Over the years, and this is more than apparent on steroid message boards, an idea has been passed along that the side effects of Trenbolone Acetate are assured. In fact, some actually believe that if they don’t occur it must be due to a poor product. Not only is this a ridiculous way of thinking, it really doesn’t make any sense. Trenbolone, while tremendously powerful, is not some strange steroid from the 5th dimension. Remember, it’s simply an altered form of Nandrolone, which itself is simply an altered form of the primary male androgen testosterone. While the possible side effects of Trenbolone Acetate are often blown out of proportion, we cannot call this the most side effect friendly anabolic steroid of all time but most certainly not the unfriendliest. Many of the possible side effects of Trenbolone Acetate will be very similar to many anabolic steroids and just as controllable. Many will also be largely dependent on genetic predispositions and sensitivity. However, when it comes to sensitivity there is a group of what we can call response side effects that are a little unique to the Trenbolone hormone. There will be those who experience such effects while many will not. Unfortunately, the response effects will keep many from being able to use this steroid. In fact, while most men will be fine there will be more men who cannot use Tren than perhaps any anabolic steroid. However, keep in mind the response effects of Trenbolone Acetate are in no way an indicator of the hormone working. If you’re a fantastic responder, you shouldn’t have any issue at all. In order to help you understand the possible side effects of Trenbolone Acetate, we have broken them down into their separate categories along with all the information you’ll need.
- Estrogenic: Trenbolone is not estrogenic. This anabolic steroid does not aromatize at all, which is the very reason excess water retention is impossible with this steroid. However, gynecomastia is still possible due to the hormone carrying a strong progestin nature. Progesterone has the ability to stimulate the estrogenic mechanism in the mammary tissue, which can promote gynecomastia. Many men will not have an issue, but an individual’s sensitivity to gynecomastia will play a role. Anti-estrogens will provide protection for those who need it.
An important note: for many years, it has been assumed that Tren based gynecomastia was due to a buildup in prolactin. However, this has been proven false largely thanks to the work of William Llewellyn. In fact, his study on the issue has largely been conclusive; it is the progestin nature, not prolactin, that causes . Llewellyn has also noted that the use of aromatizing steroids with Trenbolone greatly increases the odds of gynecomastia, often making the use of an anti-estrogen a necessity.
- Androgenic: Tren is a highly androgenic hormone and as to be expected there are possible androgenic side effects of Trenbolone Acetate. Such effects include acne, accelerated hair loss in those predisposed to male pattern baldness, and body hair growth. While such effects are possible they are entirely dependent on your genetics. For example, if you are not predisposed to male pattern baldness it will be impossible for you to lose any of your hair. However, if you are predisposed, while you were going to lose it anyway, the rate of loss will be accelerated. In fact, Tren can be one of the unfriendliest steroids to the hairline in predisposed men.
Due to the androgenicity of Trenbolone, some will try 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like Finasteride to gain protection. However, the 5-alpha reductase enzyme does not metabolize the Trenbolone hormone and related inhibitors will have very little if any effect. You will not be able to reduce the androgenicity of this hormone, which should be kept in mind if such effects are a concern for you.
- Cardiovascular: The side effects of Trenbolone Acetate in this category can be a concern for some men. This steroid can have a strong, negative impact on cholesterol by suppressing HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) and increasing LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol). This negative effect on cholesterol should not be as strong as most oral anabolic steroids, but it will be far more pronounced than most injectable steroids. It is controllable, but it will take a concentrated effort. A cholesterol friendly lifestyle is imperative, which means a cholesterol friendly diet rich in omega fatty acids, low in saturated fats, and low in simple sugars. It also means incorporating regular cardiovascular activity into your routine, even during off-season periods of growth. Do not buy into the idea that cardio is a bad idea during the off-season. That is a myth that has done more harm than good. Many are also encouraged to include a cholesterol antioxidant supplement when using Trenbolone.
Trenbolone Acetate can also have a negative impact on blood pressure. However, it does not appear to negatively affect most healthy adult men in this way. Regardless, it is possible and you should keep an eye on it. If you cannot control your blood pressure, you should discontinue use immediately.
- Testosterone: Regardless of the purpose of use, your genetics or rumors you may have heard, the side effects of Trenbolone Acetate will always include natural testosterone suppression. All anabolic steroids suppress natural testosterone production, but the rate of suppression varies greatly from one steroid to the next. In the case of Tren, it will be more than significant. It will be nearly impossible not to fall into a low testosterone state without the inclusion of exogenous testosterone. Include exogenous testosterone during your cycle and this problem is solved.
Once your cycle ends and all the exogenous hormones have cleared your system, natural testosterone production will begin again on its own. However, natural levels will still be very low, and it will take a good bit of time to reach a full recovery. For this reason, most are encouraged to implement a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) plan. A PCT plan will stimulate natural testosterone recovery and ensure you have enough testosterone for proper bodily function while your levels continue to naturally rise. This will not promote a full recovery on its own, that will still take time, but it will shorten the process. It will also ensure cortisol does not become the dominant hormone when testosterone levels are low for an extended period of time. If cortisol becomes dominant, this can destroy your physique. Some important notes on natural testosterone recovery: natural recovery assumes no prior low testosterone state existed. It also assumes severe damage was not done to the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular-Axis (HPTA) due to improper anabolic steroid use. Another important note is while a PCT plan is very beneficial, being off of the cycle for a short period of time is counterproductive. This should be kept in mind in hardcore circles.
- Hepatotoxicity: On its surface, Trenbolone Acetate is not considered a hepatotoxic anabolic steroid. Most should have no issues with liver stress or damage. However, the hormone does appear to provide a level of toxicity with extremely high doses, but it appears to take doses that are far beyond what most any human would ever undertake. The odds of any hepatic stress are extremely rare.
- Response Effects: The final side effects of Trenbolone Acetate surround those that will keep some from using the hormone. On their surface they don’t sound too bad, but they can occur in a way that is beyond dramatic. The response side effects of Trenbolone Acetate include anxiety, insomnia, night sweats, and rapid heart rate. If such effects occur, lowering the dose can sometimes help. Extremely high doses can cause these effects, but a lot of men will find they occur at any dose. If this is the case, the hormone may not be for you. It may seem unfair but that’s life. Some can take Aspirin and some can’t; many can drink milk but others can’t. This is just a part of life.
Trenbolone Acetate Administration:
There are no dosing or administration guidelines available for Trenbolone Acetate in a therapeutic capacity. The hormone has never been approved for human use. Remember, Parabolan (Trenbolone Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate) is the only Tren compound ever approved for human use. For physique related purposes, most men will find a dose of 50-100mg every other day to be a fantastic range. 50mg every other day is a fantastic place to start with 100mg every other day often being all the Trenbolone Acetate many men will ever need. Very few men will need more than 100mg every other day during the off-season. If higher doses are to be used, this will most commonly be during the cutting phase. Some men will be able to tolerate 100mg every day or 200mg every other day, but this does increase the risk of side effects greatly, especially response related. 50mg every other day is often deemed a very low dose, but remember this is an extremely powerful anabolic steroid. This is a very controllable dose for most men, should be very comfortable, and should provide fantastic results. If not, something is wrong with your product. On the injection schedule, every other day will be the most efficient. Every day can be fine but won’t really provide much of a benefit over every other day. However, it is possible to only inject the hormone on a standard three day a week schedule, such as every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This will cause a slight dip in blood levels with the two days in a row of no administration, but, outside of competition circles, it really shouldn’t be a big deal or even noticeable.
The administration of the trenbolone hormone promotes a direct anabolic effect on Androgen Receptor (AR) activity. AR activity facilitated by trenbolone contributes to an increase in IGF-1 and IGF-1R levels, which then enhances skeletal muscle protein accretion. Activation and proliferation of satellite cells then facilitate an increase in skeletal muscle growth.
Trenbolone acetate is a prodrug of trenbolone. Like other AAS, trenbolone is an agonist of the androgen receptor (AR) and hence has anabolic and androgenic activity as well as antigonadotropic activity. Trenbolone carries a rating for both anabolic potency and androgenic potency of 500, relative to a standard of nandrolone acetate (rating 100 for both). In addition to its anabolic and androgenic activity, trenbolone is an agonist of the progesterone receptor (PR), and in relation to this, has moderate to strong progestogenic activity. Conversely, trenbolone acetate is not a substrate for aromatase and hence lacks estrogenic activity. The compound also has weak glucocorticoid activity.
Similar to many other AAS, trenbolone acetate has the capability to produce insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). This naturally produced protein-based hormone affects every cell in the body of an organism and plays a large role in muscle recovery and rejuvenation. Trenbolone acetate also has the ability to increase the IGF-1 receptors present in an organism. Extreme muscle growth and cell splitting compared is facilitated through trenbolone acetate administration when compared to other AAS. The facilitation of IGF-1 plays a significant role in the functions and properties of the central nervous system, pulmonary system, muscle tissue, ligaments, cartilage, and tendons. IGF-1 is only promoted by a few AAS, with trenbolone acetate being one of the best promoters.
Trenbolone acetate also has the ability to increase red blood cell count. With a larger amount of red blood cells, blood oxygenation is enhanced. This allows for enhanced muscular endurance and therefore promotes a faster rate of recovery. Trenbolone acetate is capable of inhibiting glucocorticoids such as cortisol. The properties of glucocorticoid are the opposite of androgens as muscle tissue depletion and fat gain is promoted. Administration of trenbolone acetate aims at decreasing the production of glucocorticoid hormones. Trenbolone acetate’s contribution to feed efficiency, also known as nutrient efficiency is what makes it an attractive AAS used for agricultural purposes. Food is one of the most anabolic substances that any living organism can consume, and therefore with the administration of trenbolone acetate, every nutrient in the body becomes a lot more valuable. This facilitates an organism’s body that is exposed to the AAS to make better use of the nutrients already consumed. The non-aromatizing nature of trenbolone acetate makes it a very appealing fat-burning agent. Its capability as a body-sculpting AAS is extreme. Many fitness models and bodybuilders use trenbolone acetate, particularly when preparing to compete in an upcoming bodybuilding competition.
The acetate ester of trenbolone acetate allows for slow release post injection. This ester gives trenbolone an activated elimination half-life of about 3 days.
Trenbolone acetate was first synthesized in 1963 and approved by the livestock industry as a growth promoter for beef cattle in the early 1970s. During this period of its first administration, trenbolone acetate was sold under the names Finajet and Finaject. The original manufacturer of trenbolone acetate discontinued during the late 1980s and administered the synthesis of subcutaneous pellets called Finaplix. These pellets aimed to increase muscle mass and lean tissue of cattle prior to slaughter to increase the profitability of livestock when measured in total pounds of meat sold.
The drug appears to have been an early development project of Roussel Uclaf, a French pharmaceutical company, and by the early 1970s, it was being sold as an injectable. Despite trenbolone acetate’s official classification as a veterinary AAS, it is considered to be one of the most effective AAS used for physique- and performance-enhancing purposes in humans, particularly in bodybuilding. There are a number of trenbolone esters but trenbolone acetate is the only one known to be produced in veterinary AAS manufacturers.
Trenbolone acetate became popular among bodybuilders and athletes during the early 1980s. During this period, the AAS was transported illegally from Europe in large quantities. Although trenbolone acetate was very popular for a short amount of time, the large amounts of supplies were discontinued in 1987. This decision was based upon the public concern of sports doping and its negative effects on athletes.
